| Christian BOON FALLEUR | ChairmanA civil engineer from the Université Catholique de Louvain with a « Postgraduaat in Bedrijfsbeheer » from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Mr. Boon Falleur carried out the greater part of his career (1972–2000) at the Ackermans & Van Haaren holding company, where he was in charge of different sectors of activity in succession as the Director and member of the Board of Directors from 1989 onwards. He has been working as a free-lancer since 2000 and has carried out several mandates as administrator of various companies and associations. He is notably the Executive Secretary of the international Ateliers François group. | ||||
| Stéphane BUFFETAUTThe holder of a PhD in European Community Law, he began his career with French employers’ organisations, firstly at the headquarters of the CNPF (currently MEDEF) and thereafter as Director General of Basse-Normandie followed by Ile-de-France. Conurrently to his career, he carried out his responsibilities as municipal councilor, firstly in Normandy, where he was Municipal Councillor for Cultural Affairs in Louviers, then Vice Mayor of Versailles for thirteen years. A Deputy in the European Parliament from 1997 to 1999, today he is the Chairman of the transport, energy, infrastructure and information society section of the European Economic and Social Committee. | ||||
| Enguerrand DELANNOYA graduate of ISC Paris, Mr. Delannoy began his career as an auditor at Grant Thornton and thereafter at Ernst & Young. Between 2004 and 2010, he was Parliamentary Advisor to the General Budget Rapporteur at the French National Assembly. Since then, he works as one of the minister’s personal staff. He was previously a youth auditor at the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale (IHEDN). | ||||
| Daniel DURCA | Vice-ChairmanAlumnus of the École spéciale militaire de Saint Cyr, graduate of INALCO (Oriental Languages) and the Centre militaire d'Études slaves and an active officer for nearly 10 years, Daniel Durca entered into a career in banking : at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Rothschild, Neuflize, Schlumberger and Mallet. He thereafter served as Chairman of the Compagnie financière de Paris, the holding company of the Axa group banks, and Chairman of the supervisory board to the Worms bank. | ||||
![]() | Georges van ERCKHolder of a Doctor of Laws from Liège University and an MBA from l'Insead, Georges van Erck was a partner in the J.P. Morgan Bank from 1974 to 2007. He is the founder of Montaigu Finance, a financial consulting company based in Brussels. He is also a consultant at the KKR investment firm in London and Director of the Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva. | ||||
![]() | Marwan LAHOUDMarwan Ahoud began his career at the DGA (Délégation générale de l'armement) in 1989. He joined Aérospatiale in 1998 where he worked as Head of Development. In June 1999, he was made Assistant Director to the directors in charge of strategic coordination at the Aérospatiale-Matra company and military affairs, respectively. When EADS was founded in July 2000, he was named Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, and in that capacity he was in charge of merger and acquisitions transactions at EADS, such as the creation of the Airbus company, MBDA, Astrium and EDNS. In 2003 he became the CEO of MBDA Missile Systems. In June 2007, he was named General Director of EADS, in charge of marketing, international affairs and strategy. | ||||

A parliamentary attaché to François d’Aubert at the Assemblée Nationale (1984-1995), she was appointed principal private secretary to the Minister of Budget and the Minister of Research (1995-1997). Today she manages Intelstrat, a strategic consulting firm founded in 2002 whose primary sectors of activity are natural ressources, environment and renewable energy. | ||||

He began his career in France and Germany with the LVMH group.
